Terms & Conditions

​At Clean House Plus, we value transparency, mutual respect, and delivering exceptional service. The following terms help ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.

Service Expectations  

-All services are performed according to the package selected (Basic, Standard, or Premium), with any additional requests discussed and confirmed in advance.  

We aim to deliver consistent results and client satisfaction with every visit.

Scheduling & Cancellations  

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling or canceling a service.  

We understand life happens—if you need to change your appointment, just give us a call or text and we’ll work with you to find a better time.  

Excessive last-minute cancellations may result in a pause or reevaluation of future scheduling.

No-Show Policy  

If our team arrives at your home and cannot access the property (due to lockout or no one being available when required), the appointment will be considered a no-show.  

We do our best to call or text ahead to confirm arrival windows.

Satisfaction Guarantee  

We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right—because your peace of mind matters.

Acceptable Payment Methods  

We accept the following forms of payment:  

- Cash  

- Zelle

- Venmo  

- Cash App  

- All major credit cards

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. If payment is not received on the scheduled service date, a reminder will be sent, and future services may be paused until the balance is cleared.  

Receipts are available upon request. Clients who prefer to prepay or set up recurring payments are welcome to do so.

Home Access & Pet Safety  

Please ensure we have safe and timely access to your home. If you have pets, kindly secure them in a designated area prior to our arrival. While we love animals, we cannot be responsible for them during service. If we are unable to begin work due to safety or access issues, this may be treated as a no-show.

Scope of Work  

Our cleaning services are based on the selected package and previously agreed-upon services. If you'd like to add something outside of that scope, please request it in advance so we can adjust timing and pricing. Our team may not be able to accommodate unexpected add-ons at the time of service.

Respectful Environment  

We are proud to be a family-owned business that values people, not just spaces. We ask that all communication and interaction remain respectful and professional. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or hostility toward our staff will result in immediate termination of service.

Communication  

The best way to reach us is by phone or text, though we also monitor our email. We do our best to keep you updated about your appointments and arrival windows, and we appreciate the same in return.
